OUR COMMITMENT

Integrity is part of how we deliver

Every Sunfix employee, contractor and partner is expected to follow our Code of Business Conduct and the laws of each country where we work. Leaders are responsible for setting the example and for making it safe to ask questions and raise concerns.

  • Applies to all Sunfix entities and employees
  • Shared with partners, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supported by onboarding and regular refresher training
  • Reviewed at least once a year

CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

The principles we work by

Integrity in every engagement

We give honest advice about solution fit, scope and risk, even when that changes the size of a deal. Proposals, estimates and status reports reflect what we actually expect to deliver.

Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption

We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments, directly or through partners, agents or family members, in the private or public sector.

Fair competition

We compete on the quality of our people and solutions. We do not agree prices, divide customers or markets, or exchange competitively sensitive information with competitors.

Conflicts of interest

Employees declare personal, financial or family interests that could influence their judgement, and step back from decisions where a conflict exists.

Gifts, hospitality and donations

Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, transparent and never linked to a business decision. Stricter rules apply to public officials, tenders and procurement periods.

Trade compliance and sanctions

We follow export control and sanctions laws in every country we operate in, including checks on restricted parties and on where software and services are delivered.

Data protection and confidentiality

Client data we access during implementation or support is used only for the agreed purpose, protected with appropriate controls, and returned or deleted when the engagement ends.

Human rights and fair working conditions

We treat people with respect, provide a workplace free of harassment and discrimination, and do not tolerate forced or child labour in our operations or supply chain.

Responsible use of AI

AI solutions we deliver keep people in control of decisions, respect data rights and confidentiality, and are tested for accuracy before use in business processes.

Accurate records

Financial records, timesheets and project documentation are complete, accurate and kept as required by law and contract.

PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS

The same standards across our ecosystem

We expect partners, subcontractors and suppliers to meet standards equivalent to our own. Before working with a new third party we check its background, ownership and reputation in proportion to the risk of the work.

As a partner of software vendors such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Odoo and Acumatica, we also follow each vendor’s partner code of conduct, licensing terms and deal-registration rules.

SPEAK UP

Our promise to you

  • No retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or helps with an investigation.
  • Information is shared only with the people who need it to look into the matter.
  • Concerns are reviewed by someone independent of the people involved.

  2. 02

Actions are taken where needed and you are told the outcome where possible.

GOVERNANCE

Clear ownership and regular review

Senior leadership owns our compliance program. It sets policies, reviews reported concerns and their outcomes, and checks that training and controls work in practice across our offices.
